Multimodal Contactless Architecture for Upper Limb Virtual Rehabilitation

The use of virtual rehabilitation systems for upper limbs has been implemented using different devices, and its efficiency as a complement to traditional therapies demonstrated. Multimodal are necessary since they allow multiple sources information both input output so that the participant can have personalized interaction. This work presents simplified multimodal contactless architecture reality focuses on limb rehabilitation. research following: 1) proposed 2) implementation system oriented activities daily living, 3) an evaluation user experience kinematic results implementation. two experiments showed positive regarding based architecture. User values regard six dimensions: perspicuity=2.068, attractiveness=1.987, stimulation=1.703, dependability=1.649, efficiency=1.517, novelty=1.401. Kinematic was consistent with score game.
